In Fort Wayne today nearly 100 properties were listed in the MLS.  The interest rates are great and people are cashing in on the tax credits.

We are seeing a big spike in Fort Wayne Real Estate activity and its only the first week of 2010.  Its time to take advantage of this great buyer's market.
