The recent home buyer's Seminar on Sept. 10 at North Eastern Group Realty was a major succuss.  Three first time home buyers were able to get preapproved and are currently working with me to buy their first home.  They still have a couple of months to cash in on the $8000 tax credit.  There is still time to buy a home and benefit from this excellent opportunity.  There are plenty of Fort Wayne Homes for sale in and around the Fort Wayne Real Estate market.  If you are currently renting, you should seriously think about talking to an experienced real estate agent.
