The Federal Government passed the extension for the $8000 tax credit!!  If you are under contract by April 30th, 2010, and close within 60 days, you are eligible.   If you have lived in your home for 5 years and are thinking about moving, now is the time.  These buyers would be eligible for a $6500 tax credit.
